This hotel was a hidden gem close to the train station and the city center. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean rooms and basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day, with a good selection of food available. The value for money was excellent, making this hotel an affordable choice for anyone visiting the area.
There was honestly nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to both the train station and the bus stop for Chester Zoo. This made it easy for us to reach our desired destinations quickly. the staff provided a friendly welcome and the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay for us and our children.
There were a few cleanliness issues with the bedding and some areas of the room that could have been improved.
